Our prices are fair and reflect the overall, rarity of the breed, health, and quality of the puppy you'll be receiving.
Our breeding program is our hobby, not a business. Raising a litter is hard work and expensive.
Purchasing a pet is a commitment to the dog's life time. And it's important that you feel right about it and most importantly, comfortable with the transaction.
Honestly, here at Absolute Biewer, we try to make it easier for you by raising some of the best Biewer puppies in the market for your family so that all you have to do is love them and bring them home!.

Deposits and sales are non-refundable. If you choose to back out, the deposit is your forfeit.

The purpose of the deposit is to insure the Purchaser's intent to purchase the above described puppy.
It is not refundable should the Purchaser, for any reason, change his/her mind about purchasing the puppy.
The above said puppy is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to any other buyer, regardless. A breech of contract, either verbal, written or through neglect or avoidance to communicate, on Purchaser's part can jeopardize the chance of fording the above said puppy a new home as quickly as possible. For this reason deposits are not refundable, to insure Purchaser's commitment to purchase above said puppy, pay the balance due as indicated above and to accept delivery a that time.
The purpose of this Deposit Agreement also serves as a guarantee for the amount of deposit. The above amount of deposit will be refunded to the Purchaser if the Seller fails to, make available the above said puppy to Purchaser or the puppy is found by the veterinarian to be at poor health risk or detect any physical health problems that would require further vet. care other than the required vaccination and/or worming.
However, Seller reserves the option to offer a replacement puppy and Purchaser is intuited to accept or decline. Puppies are ready to go at ten to twelve weeks of age.

1. Under no circumstances will this puppy be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
2. This puppy will be kept indoors and not be to live outdoors.

4. If this puppy is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said puppy to Seller, unconditionally.

HEALTH GUARANTEE The puppy is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. We do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia.
It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. Buyer will be responsible for all veterinarian cost and expense incurred in that event. It is recommended that the new puppy be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another puppy of equal value or the purchase price will be refunded. The puppy cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another puppy which has not been currently vaccinated.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any puppy showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. If a puppy dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
It is clearly understood that Seller shall NOT assume liability for veterinary expenses incurred by Buyer unless through prior arrangement: In which case, Seller reserves the right to choice of the treating veterinarian.
This puppy is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the puppy die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the puppy will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a puppy of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the breeder.
Seller will not be responsible for demodectic mange, which has been speculated but not confirmed to be an inherited disorder. However, if demodectic mange is diagnosed within 6 months of purchase, seller will treat the puppy accordingly. Certain conditions, which are common to specific breeds are no considered hereditary, will not be covered by seller, such as elongated soft palates, cherry eyes, screw tails and pinched nostrils.
This contract is legally binding to all parties involved.
It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.
